Mattel teams with Airbnb for Polly Pocket slumber party experience

Mattel has teamed up with Airbnb to launch a Polly Pocket experience, enabling guests to stay at a life-sized version of her Slumber Party Fun compact.

The partnership marks 35 years of Polly Pocket and the 42-foot-tall compact is located in Littleton, Massachusetts. Guests can request to book one of three one-night stays occurring September 12th to 14th for four guests each, at $89 per person – a nod to Polly’s debut in 1989.

Guests can opt to sleep on Polly’s pullout couch or in her life-sized Action Park Tent just 10 feet away from the compact. The compact also includes details like a retro fridge and a close full of iconic Polly outfits in a gummy texture, ready to be tried on.

Fans can request to book a one-night stay at Polly Pocket’s compact from August 21st at airbnb.com/pollypocket through to August 28th.

For those who miss out on the overnight stay, the life-sized compact will be opening its doors for daytime visits from September 16th to October 6th. Those interested can request to book this experience from August 21st at airbnb.com/pollypocketplaydate.
