Pair debuts The Met eyewear collection

“At Pair, we are always thinking about how to bring more personality into eyewear,” said Sophia Edelstein, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Pair Eyewear.

Pair Eyewear has partnered with The Met on a collection of frames inspired by the museum’s collection of iconic paintings, sculptures and tapestries.

The 16-piece collection draws inspiration from famed artwork including Monet’s Water Lilies, Cézanne’s Apples & Primroses, Renoir’s Bouquet of Chrysanthemums and Tiepolo’s Allegory of the Planets.

“At Pair, we are always thinking about how to bring more personality into eyewear,” said Sophia Edelstein, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Pair Eyewear.

“This collection, which brings some of the world’s most acclaimed art to the eyewear industry, speaks directly to the core of our values as we seek to breathe joy into eyewear.”

Nathan Kondamuri, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Pair Eyewear, added: “We are honored to be entrusted by The Met to bring this collection, which pays homage to their renowned collection of art, to life.”
