H&M HOME teams with Disney and Sanderson on Bambi collection

“The archival backdrop of the Sanderson florals with Disney’s Bambi is a story we are delighted to be part of,” said Therese Kahnlund, Collection Designer at H&M HOME.

H&M HOME has partnered with Disney Home and Sanderson on a Bambi collection.

The 21-piece range, spanning blankets, bedding and baby essentials, features contemporary interpretation on Bambi in a springtime scene of archival Sanderson florals and original three colourways – pink, white and brown. The print is a reimagining of Sanderson’s original design, created in celebration of Disney’s centennial anniversary.

“The archival backdrop of the Sanderson florals with Disney’s Bambi is a story we are delighted to be part of,” said Therese Kahnlund, Collection Designer at H&M HOME.

“This Disney Home x Sandersonby H&M Home collection enables a new generation of children to discover the delights of Bambi and to be able to bring him into their own safe space. Whether it is when falling asleep in the collection bedding, playing with the puzzle or simply snuggling underneath a soft blanket, the collection is made to enjoy.”

Claire Vallis, Design Director at Sanderson, added: “The Sanderson archive is a fantastic treasure trove and being known all over the world for our iconic florals it is lovely to revisit the Bambi print in new colourways in this collaboration with Disney Home and H&M HOME.”

The collaboration also extends to a collection of clothes for newborns and babies – from a collared romper and pyjamas in the archival Sanderson floral print, to a double weave jacket and a jersey wrap set with crochet detailing.

“We wanted the baby and newborn pieces to reflect the fairytale feel of the beautiful Sanderson print and play tribute to the beloved character of Bambi,” said Sofia Löfstedt, Head of Design H&M Kids.

“The result is a collection that is soft and understated yet celebrates the magic of storytelling.”
