“I’m really excited to release our first three-way collaboration,” said Ross Lydon, Head of Menswear Design at H&M.
H&M has teamed up with artist Trevor Andrew on a streetwear collection celebrating 100 years of Disney.
Inspired by Andrew’s love of Disney and street art culture, the collection has a relaxed feel and boasts several Disney characters, all-over prints and his signature symbols, such as the ghost and the flying egg.
The range spans sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts, shirts and a long-sleeved polo shirt, as well as accessories like caps, socks, and boxer shorts.
The collection also features H&M’s first ever limited-edition skateboards. One style has a wordmark Disney logo hand painted by Andrew, while the other style features iconic Disney characters.
“I am honoured to reimagine Disney’s iconic characters and bring them into a space where they are experienced and worn,” said Andrew, added: “This is about uniting art, fashion and just all of us.”
Ross Lydon, Head of Menswear Design at H&M, added: “I’m really excited to release our first three-way collaboration. Diving into the Disney archives together with Trevor has resulted in something that is both iconic and unique.”
