A24, Horror Caviar: A Cookbook

Recipes include Snap Pea Gelatine Labyrinth inspired by The Shining and Roasted Leg of Lamb & Carrot Flan inspired by Rosemary’s Baby.

Film studio A24 has published a cookbook called Horror Caviar, featuring recipes inspired by iconic horror movies.

The recipes include Snap Pea Gelatine Labyrinth inspired by The Shining, Roasted Leg of Lamb & Carrot Flan inspired by Rosemary’s Baby and Warm Vegan Horchata, Amaro & Instant Coffee inspired by Alien.

Also featured is a foreword by horror director Ti West, as well as essays on food and horror movies from writers like A.S. Hamrah, Phoebe Chen and Carmen Maria Machado.
