Adventure Time spin-off, Fionna & Cake, heads to HBO Max

HBO Max has given a series order to Adventure Time: Fionna & Cake.

The show, a spin-off to the original Adventure Time series, will follow sword-wielding adventurer Fionna and her magical best friend and talking cat, Cake.

Produced by Cartoon Network Studios, the ten-episode series will explore their relationship and the mysterious land of Ooo, with Adventure Time’s Adam Muto serving as showrunner and executive producer.
