Aniplex of America, Inc has detailed a wave of licensing partnerships for the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba franchise.
The launches and new agreements coincide with the season four debut of the anime on May 12th, exclusively on Crunchyroll in the US.
“Demon Slayer has amassed a dedicated fanbase, drawn in by its gripping storyline, breathtaking animation, and unforgettable characters,” said Yosuke Kodaka, President of Aniplex of America, Inc.
“We’re thrilled about the forthcoming release of the Hashira Training Arc and delighted to be working with partners who continue to expand the universe providing fans multiple ways to engage with the brand at every touchpoint.”
In the US, Footlocker will be launching a Demon Slayer x Adidas footwear and accessory range. Elsewhere, Team Liquid is on board for Demon Slayer-themed computer accessories and apparel designs. Steve Aoki’s DIM MAK brand will also launch a line of apparel launch later this year.
On the toy front, Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America is readying 5-inch Ultimate Legends action figures and the Gashapon Blind Pack collection. New character figures will also be available from McFarlane Toys.
Elsewhere, Funko is expanding its collection of Pop! vinyl figures, Just Funky has a line of tableware and throws, while Trends International has a range of new posters and calendars coming this year.
