Australian ice cream brand Bubble O’Bill is moving into chocolate thanks to a partnership with Chocolatier Australia.
In a deal negotiated by Unilever Australia’s brand extension agency Asembl, Chocolatier Australia is launching a Bubble O’Bill milk chocolate Easter Egg.
Coated in strawberry marbled milk chocolate mixed with crunchy caramel and chewy berry pieces, the inside of the Bubble O’Bill Easter Egg features five bubble-gum noses.
“Australia’s favourite cowboy Bubble O’Bill continues to surprise and delight consumers with his every adventure,” said Unilever Australia Marketing Manager, Annie Lucchitti.
“This year he’s lassoing down the confectionery aisle with his first ever Easter egg. Following on from the success of last year’s partnership with Chocolatier Australia with our Golden Gaytime Eggsellence Easter Egg, we are pleased to be working with them again. We can’t wait to see Woolworths shelves stacked with Australia’s favourite cowboy in chocolate form this Easter.”
Asembl Managing Director, Justin Watson, added: ”Easter has just gotten an Australian icon – what more can any Australian want this Easter than a creamy milk chocolate Easter Egg mixed with crunchy caramel and chewy berry pieces. And if that is not enough – how about five of the biggest bubblegum noses in the west!”
