India Winstone becomes MD of Crush Creative

Crush Creative has appointed India Winstone as its new Managing Director.

Winstone has been with the creative studio since 2017, joining as Project Manager before spending the past five years as Account Director.

Crush Founder Carl Rush is staying with the studio as Creative Director.

“Since founding Crush in 1998, I’ve had the privilege of guiding the agency through both smooth and turbulent times, navigating all aspects of business and creativity,” said Rush.

“After 25 years at the helm, the time has come to hand over to India. With her at the forefront, India will lead the agency’s vision, drive business growth, manage client relationships, oversee production and ensure the wellbeing of our super talented team.
