Kings Wild Project teams with Middle-earth Enterprises for Lord of the Rings playing cards

Kings Wild Project has teamed with Middle-earth Enterprises to launch a series of officially licensed The Lord of the Rings playing cards.

The company is launching three decks, one for each book in the series, all designed by Kings Wild Project owner Jackson Robinson.

“From my earliest memories as an artist, I have been drawn to and inspired by science fiction and fantasy stories,” said Robinson.

“Out of all of those stories The Lord of the Rings by J. R. R. Tolkien has been my absolute favourite. His mythos, characters, and landscapes have been my imagination fuel. Since I started designing playing cards ten years ago, it has always been on my bucket list to illustrate and produce a series of decks based on these beloved stories.”

The Kickstarter campaign for the first deck – The Fellowship of the Ring – has already passed its goal of $20,000 and is currently sitting at over $485k with one week left to go.
