Sofitel St James’s launches Smeg Afternoon Tea experience

Smeg has teamed up with Sofitel St James’s on a branded afternoon tea experience.

‘Afternoon Tea Avec Smeg’ is hosted in the hotel’s Rose Lounge, decorated with Smeg’s distinctive appliances.

The experience explores flavours that blend ‘the finest influences from both French and Italian cuisines’, Softiel and Smeg’s home nations. This includes panini sandwiches crafted using Smeg’s toaster and sandwich rack, panettone and buttercream creations mixed with a Smeg stand mixer and affogato experiences crafted by a Smeg espresso coffee grinder machine.

Children can also create their own smoothies at their table using a Smeg personal blender, while tea is served from a Smeg kettle.
