Kerri Estreich – Senior Director of Licensing at Sesame Workshop – talks us through some of her favourite design details from Sesame’s recent Vans collaboration.
The range – celebrating the film’s 30th anniversary – includes tees featuring poster artwork from the US, Germany and Japan.
“While the Yellow Pages have moved on, we knew we had to launch something to celebrate both its heritage and uniqueness,” said Sarah O’Rafferty, Head of Public Relations at Yell.
“We wanted to challenge and redefine the traditional concept of a replica jersey and tap into current streetwear trends,” said Sam Handy, Vice President Product and Design, adidas Football.
In the film, the ceramic hand is used to communicate with the dead – but this one doubles as an incense burner.
“The Jeep brand has a loyal fan base similar to Merrell – and these boots have on-and-off-road capability for you to navigate any journey with confidence,” said Merrell’s Senior Director of Brand Marketing, Lindsey Lindemulder.
“Transformers: Rise of the Beasts takes audiences on a ‘90s globetrotting adventure filled with spectacle and thrill – Bobby Abley’s collection perfectly captures this spirit,” said Hasbro’s Marianne James.
